Wheels ....true confession of why I bought what I did ...

So ... I am a huge fan of the movie GI Jane ... (it's my little sister's fault as she got it for me for Christmas ohhhh like a decade plus ago...).  Anyone who has been to my place here probably has been subjected to a viewing (or 10) ... lucky, lucky people I say!

This is the case for the aforementioned & beloved DVD - but I left my DVDs in BsAs as my baggage was chuck-a-block full (which gives me an idea for another posting... the destruction of my suitcase on this last trip... nothing like picking up your bag to have it wrapped in United tape because the zipper busted out .. I'm pretty sure it was the packer's fault and not the United baggage handlers).

No ... I will not be doing this any time soon

And certainly not this ... as I don't need to do a Britney Spears and unwind "that badly... or is that baldly?"  Heheheh... clearly, I might be spending a bit too much time by myself at a high altitude.

But in honor of said adoration for the movie GI Jane and Demi Moore's character / acting (in this specifc movie), I am driving a blue Tahoe like Jordan ONeill ... "beep-beep"  (ok - yes ... she needs a bath ... leave it alone)... Although I'm pretty sure that Jordan didn't run hers front-end smack right into a snow bank and "ding" the front end on the first day she drove it this past winter after getting back from "Summer" in BsAs.  Whatevs... I'll just never live that one down.



Okay... so maybe I won't be driving it on the beach for a little BBQ / beach blanket bingo with the girls ... or driving it down the Beltway to take on Anne Bancroft (RIP Mrs Robinson) as the grand dame of the Senate Armed Services Committee - Senator Lillian Dehaven ... but here's my little homage to you GI Jane!
